Contacts

The "Contacts" feature in WaSnap includes several components that help users manage their address book, find and add new contacts, and organize their communication efficiently.

Go To Dashboard -> Contacts ->

1. Accessing Contacts

   • Navigate to the "Contacts" tab or section within the WaSnap app to view the list of all contacts.

2. Adding a New Contact

   Once you've chosen how to add a new contact, you'll be able to enter their details:

   • Mobile number: This is mandatory. Ensure you enter the Mobile number in international format, including the country code.

   • Name: Enter the contact's name as you want it to appear in WhatsApp. This is optional, but recommended for easy identification.

   • Groups: You can create groups with multiple contacts to chat with a larger audience at once.

   • Additional Details (Optional): You can add other information like email address, profile picture, or a custom ringtone for the contact.
